Native Louisvillian with deep ties to the community. He graduated from Kentucky Country Day for high school and earned his college degree from Sewanee: The University of the South.
During college, Mac was a member of the student-run Sewanee volunteer fire department, eventually becoming Assistant Chief.
Before entering real estate, Mac worked in medical device sales in Nashville, where he spent over 4 years honing his skills. His real estate tenure in Nashville included working for a top-ranked team at Keller Williams Realty, giving him invaluable experience in a competitive market.
Mac has had a strong presence in the Louisville luxury market since starting to work in Louisville back in 2018 and has developed strong connections with the top agents, builders, and designers in the community.
Some of Mac’s greatest assets are his communication skills, always being available by phone, spatial awareness and architectural visualization, being able to visualize renovations for clients and walk people through a home’s potential, and his negotiation skills. Dealing with homes in a wide variety of price points is a skill very few agents have, and knowing how to properly set client expectations is crucial.
